Lock the formula, build the pack, prepare for a first drop.
Once the direction is right, we help you finalise the formula and align it with packaging compatibility and stability needs. We then develop packaging options that match your aesthetic and budget, and set a production plan with clear QC checkpoints. The result is a small batch that’s ready to sell.

After launch, we support you in scaling without losing quality. We optimise based on real feedback, strengthen QC standards for batch-to-batch consistency, and improve cost and supply continuity for repeat production. When you’re ready, we plan new SKUs and line extensions so growth feels cohesive.
