Intro Session
A short consultation designed to help you shape a practical product direction — and understand the fastest route from first sample to production.
During the session, we’ll discuss your concept, target finish and price point, and the most suitable packaging and formulation route. You can share references, existing products, or simply the gap you want to solve. If you’re in London, we can also arrange an in-person meeting.
You’ll leave with clear next steps, an initial development plan, and a realistic view of timeline and starting requirements — without compromising on quality.
2. Research & Product Development
We test formulations to confirm they meet quality and performance requirements before production. This includes safety checks, stability assessment, and packaging compatibility testing to help ensure the product stays consistent over time and across batches.
Testing is carried out through a structured process aligned with relevant regulatory guidelines and widely used industry standards, based on the product category and target market.
3. Product & Formula Sampling
Our R&D team develops samples with a focus on realistic performance and repeatability in production. We use proven raw materials and formulation methods to translate your concept into testable prototypes before you commit to manufacturing.
During sampling, we refine key decisions such as shade/colour direction, base type and finish, fragrance (if applicable), and performance ingredients — tailored to your brand positioning and target market. Each round is designed to give you a reliable representation of how the product will feel, apply, and wear, so you can iterate with confidence before moving into production.
We develop formulations with a clear focus on quality, safety, and repeatable performance. Our R&D process is structured and practical — from defining the desired finish and function, to sampling and refinement — so products are not only strong at launch, but stable and consistent in production.

We help you choose packaging that fits the product, the brand, and the practical realities of production. Using a curated packaging catalogue and multiple sourcing routes, we guide you through shape, material, size, and decoration options — balancing aesthetics with functionality, lead time, and cost.
With a structured development process, we turn selections into production-ready packaging specifications, ensuring the final pack looks right, works well, and can be manufactured consistently at scale.
6. Product Registration & Compliance
We support product registration and compliance based on your target market’s local requirements. This can include pathways such as BPOM and Halal in Indonesia, as well as other country-specific documentation and review processes where needed.
Where additional verification is required — for example, claim substantiation or market-specific testing — we can coordinate third-party testing and help prepare the supporting materials. The goal is simple: ensure the product is properly documented, compliant, and ready for distribution in the markets you’re entering.
8. Product Delivery
Once the batch passes final inspection, products are packed, labelled, and prepared for dispatch according to the agreed schedule. We coordinate shipment to your designated warehouse or fulfilment partner, with appropriate carton protection and documentation to help ensure the goods arrive on time and in good condition.
7. Mass Production
Production is carried out under defined quality standards with controlled manufacturing and QC checkpoints throughout. Depending on the product type, this can include multiple stages such as batching and mixing, filling, cooling/setting, pack-out, and final inspection before release.
With manufacturing support across Shanghai and Indonesia, we run an efficient workflow designed for consistency — from the first production batch through to larger-scale repeat runs.
